Fine made at Chester 11th October, 2nd James II, before Sir John Charlton Kt and John Warren Esq, Justices of the King for the County aforesaid, between John Boote plaintiff and William Peever, Thomas Sparrowe, and Cissa his Wife, and Peter Hackney deforciants, of 3 Messuages, 3 Gardens, 3 orchards, 10 acres of land, 5 acres Meadow, 8 acres of pasture, and a common of pasture for all beasts with appurtenances in Odrode and Congleton, which the said William Peever and others acknowledge to be the better right of the aforesaid John Boote, he giving them for acknowledgement £100 of silver.
