Charter by which John Childurley of Congulton remits and quitclaims to Hugh del Grene, mayor of Congulton, and his successors for the time being all right and claim which he has in a certain half of one burgage, lying in Congulton between the garden of the Upper Chapel on the one part and the burgage former1y William Moreton’s on the other part.
Witnesses: Hugh del Grene then mayor of Congulton, William Madeo then bailiff of the same town, John Spensir, John Barker, Alexander Lathum and others.
Dated at Congulton the feast of St David the bishop, 31 Henry VI [1 March 1453].
