Charter by which Sir Lawrence Fitton, knight, attorns and in his stead places his faithful in Christ John Spenser of Bosley his attorney in his name, to deliver full and peaceable seisin to Philip Grene of Congulton and to Henry Broke of Somerford of two parts of one burgage with buildings upon it which he lately had by the gift and feofment of John Mynten, lying in Congulton between a parcel of a burgage of Randle Maynwaryng of the one part and a tenement of John Spenser of the other part, according to the form and effect of a charter of feofment. Dated on the morrow of Saint Leonard the abbot, 24 Henry VI [ 7 November 1445].
