Charter by which Richard the son of Thomas Brounesschorde remits and quitclaims to Richard Wagge, his heirs, and assigns, all his right and claim which he has in one messuage with 4½ acres of land lying in the territory of Congulton, between the land of Adam Benet on the one part and the over parke on the other part and extends in length from the land of Richard Wagge as far as the highway of Moseley.
These being witnesses Robert del Yate then mayor of Congulton, Henry Hobson catchpole, John Benet, Philip del Grene, and Robert Lathum clerk, and others. Dated at Congulton, the Monday next after the feast St Cedde, 8 Henry V [3 March 1421].
