Charter by which William Kenenard of Congleton remits and quitclaims to John Mynton of Congulton and Agnes his wife, their heirs, and assigns, all his right and claim which he has or by reason of any right or like in future he may have, in a messuage with a garden adjacent situated in Congulton in a certain way called Le Mylnestrete, between a messuage of Richard Smith of Hayton on the one part and the burgage formerly William Gegges’ on the other part.
Dated at Congulton on the feast of SS Fabian and Sebastian, 10 Henry IV [20 January 1409].
