Charter by which Thomas de Roop junior concedes to Sir John de Occleston, Thomas Mogthwey, and Richard le Barker, chaplains, all his lands and tenements with all their appurtenances which he has at the present making of this charter in the village of Hogh and in Wyghtreston in Wylaston near Wickmalban; to have and to hold all the said land etc. to the said John Thomas and Richard forever.
Witnesses: John de Scotlagh, then sheriff of Chester, John de Bromlegh, John de Roop senior, William de Bromlegh, Roger de Bromlegh, and others.
Dated at Wyghtreston, the Saturday next before the feast of Saint George the Martyr [21 April], 1369.
