Charter by which John de Laylond concedes to William Fraunceys for his life, all the lands and tenements which he has of the gift of the said William in Stapelegh except the tenement in which he enfeoffed John the son of the said William and Margaret daughter of Robert le Taillowe of Wystanston by the assignment of the aforesaid William. And he is willing that the said tenements with the appurtenances after the death of the said William shall remain to John and Margaret to hold to them and their heirs lawfully begotten, and in case of default to the right heirs of the aforesaid John.
Witnesses: Robert de Bulkylegh sheriff of Chester, William de Praers, John Grffyn, Philip de Stapelegh, Richard del Hogh, and others.
